Salida Circus wants to wish Project Education South Sudan a happy 15th birthday. We look forward to working with you for another 15 years.

Carol Francis Rinehart tells the story of how Project Education South Sudan began and how it has continued to grow and evolve in support of girl education in South Sudan in celebration of its 15th birthday as an organization.

South Sudan's warring parties have signed a peace deal. The agreement is aimed at ending months of civil war, and open the door to development. One South Sudan native, who fled to the U.S. and was educated there, recently returned home to help lead those efforts.

Project Education Sudan believes that sustained prosperity is dependent on the ability of children and adults to receive primary and secondary education and skills training.

Daniel Majok Gai, PESS Director in South Sudan, speaks about his passion for girls' education and explains why sponsorship can change a girl's life in South Sudan.
